Not really fussed about people stealing software but that's what this seems to be - downloading the disc files and saying that you bought the disc to obtain them in order to receive their registration number. Seems like a huge oversight on Simulation Curriculum's part to have no procedure for verifying a purchase for $250 software other than 'did you buy this disc, yes/no'.
